Blog Post 5: Utilizing Scratch in The Classroom

 This is the link to my lesson plan on how I would use coding for the students in my practicum. 

I would use this lesson plan in the future by teaching the students the basics of scratch. This lesson is designed as a beginning activity for students to find out what scratch is. This is something that is designed to hopefully inspire students to want to try scratch. I want to show the students how fun scratch can be.

    Great work Bryce. Your lesson looks like you spent a lot of time on it. I would be able to teach your lesson if you where to give me the lesson plan. I would suggest that you make your front page a bit more visually appealing.

Blog Post 4: Using Prezi in the Classroom

 For our mini lesson we utilized the app Prezi. This is the link to the prezi platform.  This is the link to our lesson plan.  This image is a screenshot of the slideshow that prezi AI made for our mini lesson.  Overall the lesson went quite well, we presented our topic and how the app could be used in the classroom. In our lesson we utilized a golf ball and a soccer ball to show the phases of the moon. In the future if we were to do it again I would turn the lights off so that the audience could actually see the phases of the moon. With the lights on the phases did not turn out as good.
