Using Twitter As a Teacher

In my future teaching practice I would use twitter as a way to update the school's community about the school. This includes school events, postings about volunteering opportunities within the school, important dates, and what the students are doing in the classroom. When showing what the students are doing in the classroom, it is a professional responsibility to ensure that the students names are not in the work and the posting. In addition to updating parents, twitter can be used to connect with others in the education world. This can be used to find out about professional development opportunities and also see what teachers across the world are doing in their classrooms. Twitter can be a great method to learn and grow as a teacher.  This is the link to my twitter account https://twitter.com/BSe10201
